Spring is quickly approaching and that means time for family photos! I couldn’t be more excited for the spring to come. It’s literally snowing here right now (just a few flurries but in NC that’s unheard of). Anyways I know we are all pumped to get out and enjoy the beautiful sunny days coming our way.

I’ve pulled together some of favorite Spring looks for the whole family. I really love the flirty, feminine, floral trend that is so popular right now. It translates so well for missy, girls, and babywear. Soft and dusty color palates are great for the whole family.  I always recommend to my clients to wear a similar story or family of colors. This spring I think blush, soft greys, dusty blues, soft mints, and chambray colors all make a cohesive story. I think family of colors always looks better than one uniform color for the family. Prints and patterns are great as long as they don’t take away from any other family members.

I also suggest to my clients to go for the more dresser options for their sessions. Mom in a cocktail or sundress and Dad with a sports coat always looks so sharp. My go to shops for adults is Nordstroms, Target, and Asos (online). As for children’s wear there are so many options for dressy outfits. I’ve linked some super adorable jackets, button down shirts, and dresses for your little ones. All of these were super affordable and at mass retailers like Old Navy and H&M. Personally these  are my go-to for my children’s clothing.
