1st Birthday Party | Brooklyn

Happy Happy Birthday to you sweet Brooklyn! This little cutie invited me to her animal themed 1st Birthday Party.Friends and family celebrated this little one’s big milestone at her home. There were monkey treats, giraffe and lion cupcakes, and touches of safari animals all around the party. When I arrived at the Harris home Tim, Brooklyn’s Dad,  had already started the BBQ and it smelled amazingggg. (No seriously the food was soo good! There is no way anyone went home hungry!) Ashlee, the birthday girl’s mom, was so welcoming and so excited for all the guests to arrive to celebrate their little one’s special day. They were so welcoming! All of the party guests were so friendly, at times I forgot I was even working. They even sent me home with full plate of food.

You could see the joy on Brooklyn’s face as she spent the afternoon with all loved ones. It was a great gathering that included over the moon Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, and lots close friends excited to celebrate Brooklyn’s big day. Their favorite party of the day was seeing Brooklyn dig into her smash cake. She wasted no time and went straight into it!

As a Mom myself I understand how special your child’s 1st Birthday is. It truly is a huge milestone. Tim and Ashlee were beaming the whole afternoon. You could see how proud they are and how much love they have for their little one. She was showered with hugs and kisses the whole time. I can tell how much they have fun together as a family. 🙂

In that single year your life changes so much, from bringing home your itty bitty newborn, sleepless nights, teething, crawling, first words, and walking. The say the days are long but the years are short and it couldn’t be more true. So cheers to you Mom and Dad for surviving and enjoying all the highs and overcoming all the challenges. Happy 1st Birthday lovely Brooklyn and Happy 1st year of parenting,  Ashlee and and Tim!
