Year in review and Hello to 2017!

HAPPY 2016! This is way overdue… 5 days into 2017 and I haven’t shared the love and gratitude for all my 2016 clients. I met some amazing new families, worked with some precious previous families, and even met up with some old friends. There were lots of new babies, teetering infants, and on the move toddlers! But when I say I worked with some AMAZING families… it’s seriously NO LIE. Every parent I met I was head over heels in love with their little ones. Moms gently cuddled and soothed their newborns while Dads ran after and wrangled the toddlers. Although many parents would quickly say “I’m so sorry for the chaos!” and I would giggle and respond with a “no worries, this is life and how it’s supposed be 🙂 “. This “chaos” they referring to were newborns discovering new things and expressing their feelings, toddlers singing their favorite songs at the top of their lungs, candy and sticker bribes, and lots and lots of tickling, swinging, bouncing kiddos. One of favorite things about what I do is being able to capture these “real life” moments! So to me this is nothing different than amazing Mamas and Dads raising their little ones right! There is no doubt that these family have unconditional love for each other and I loved capturing every attempted group pose and spontaneous moments  🙂 2016 was a wonderful year and I can’t wait to see these families grow in 2017!
