Newborn Family Session | Charlotte, NC

I couldn’t have been more thrilled when new mom to be Piper reached out to me to schedule a newborn session for her growing family. I always enjoyed running into her at mutual friends parties and gatherings. Her and her husband are so friendly and always a pleasure to be around. I was so excited to hear that they were expecting a sweet little lady!

A few months later  got the email that they were home with their new baby girl…and with that said Welcome to the world precious Penelope! When I walked in for our session I was amazed at how well seasoned Piper and Derick were as new parents. They were so cool and calm and I told tell baby Penelope was picking up their vibes (even the dog was relaxed!). She was so laid back, chill, and happy! She made my job so easy 🙂 I had a great time visiting while capturing adorable family photos.

I know these two first time parents are going to do a fabulous job. From the short time I spent with them I could see and feel the family love and bond. Penelope is one lucky little lady and I can’t wait to run into them all soon. Hopefully at a local brewery or friends BBQ 🙂
