Welcome to the world Baby Aubrey

October 2016: Yes yes I know this post is soooo way over due! I’ve been super busy documenting little ones and their sweet families all Fall and Holiday season. After a much needed break (thank you January!) we are getting back into the swing of everything and trying to keep you all up to date on these precious tiny beings :).

Brent and Juli welcomed their 2nd daughter back in September. The day we met to shoot was certainly memorable. Hurricane Matthew’s outer rain bands were hitting Charlotte that morning. Luckily we were all dry and warm in their beautiful home.

This particular shoot really meant something to me. I’ve known Brent since we were in elementary school. I remember our group of friends on Blue and Gold spirit day, taking middle school field trips, trekking over to our high school  in our camo gear for Friday night football games. We even went to college together and we expand our circle of friends. Still not sure how we all mangaed to make it to class .We all lived at the same apartment complex and man it was hard to turn down a pool day or volleyball game:). Enough about the good ole days and on to the present!

Juli and Brent have a 2 year old daughter MacKenzie. She was so sweet and mindful of her new little sister. She would check on her and even didn’t mind “holding” her.  Brent and Juli know how to enjoy life and I could tell their MacKenzie is the same way.  Aubrey was a great baby and she showed so much love towards the camera. She made great little smirks and eyed the camera 🙂 I don’t think I’ve had such a calm and relaxed baby. It certainly could be from Juli’s calm and easy going nature and knowing Brent is there to protect and care for his girls. I could see they all truly enjoyed each other’s company. I could see how much love these parents have their daughters.

Thanks for letting me a part of this special time in your lives. I can’t wait to see how these siblings grow up together. These little ladies are so lucky to have such caring, adventurous, and loving parents! Aubrey and MacKenzie Oh the places you will go!
